StruM.I.S .NET - Purchasing & Suppliers
Material requirements lists can be automatically generated from Estimates, Preliminary CAD Models or Fabrication Material Lists. Once available, the powerful nesting system optimises the use of free stock (including off-cuts) and automatically raises Purchase Orders with the relevant suppliers for the material shortfall. Pricing and nesting are automatically completed and all costs are allocated to the job for future cost analysis.
The facility exists within the system to compare supplier pricing and stock lengths to optimise the most efficient purchasing strategy. Full details are stored for all approved suppliers, including key contact details, pricing, stock and delivery. Additionally, relevant supplier tax rates and payment details, together with purchase history and spot item tracking facilities may all be accessed within this module.
StruM.I.S .NET includes a comprehensive set of standard reports which may be printed directly or emailed in a wide variety of export formats including Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel or Word. Further custom reports can be easily created and managed by the user, via an integral active report designer for .NET.
