StruM.I.S .NET - Production
A Wizard based materials nesting optimiser interrogates free inventory and off site supplier inventory, minimising wastage. Simultaneously, the system automatically produces purchase orders, allocates free inventory, generates cutting lists for the shop floor with stockyard picking lists and provides instant job costing.
StruM.I.S .NET automatically allocates and routes steel around the fabrication workshop, according to the set up of the individual fabricator. Each station receives either the relevant CAM data or work to lists. Subsequently, steel can be tracked throughout the fabrication process and viewing and status reporting may be conducted at each of the production stages. The fabrication times can be monitored for analysis against budgets and estimates.
Steel tracking facilities can be further automated using a bar coding system to ensure reduction of errors associated with manual processing. A hand held device may be used to progress individual marks, giving control to the shop floor without the need to keep enquiring back to the production office.
StruM.I.S .NET includes a comprehensive set of standard reports which may be printed directly or emailed in a wide variety of export formats including Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel or Word. Further custom reports can be easily created and managed by the user, via an integral active report designer for .NET.
