StruM.I.S .NET - Customers

The Customers module within StruM.I.S .NET enables the central capture of all customer specific details, including:

  • Applicable tax rates
  • Delivery details
  • Key contact details

Additionally, all documents associated with a contract may be attached to a file and stored for immediate access and reference.

StruM.I.S .NET includes a comprehensive set of standard reports which may be printed directly or emailed in a wide variety of export formats including Adobe® PDF, Microsoft® Excel® or Word. Further custom reports can be easily created and managed by the user, via an integral active report designer for .NET.

Enquiries and Estimating

Enquiries

StruM.I.S .NET incorporates a customer enquiries system that interacts with the estimating and contracts department to provide a management overview of the type, size and location of contracts won and lost. Data contained within this module provides business critical information regarding organisational performance and may assist business direction and selection of suitable tenders.

Estimate Take Off and CAD Interfaces

The StruM.I.S .NET system produces full estimates through quick and easy 'take off' facilities. Analysis, Design and CAD models can be imported to allow for automatic take off's and almost instantaneous estimates. Similarly, using the unique electronic materials list wizard, data (MS Word, Excel. Notepad, etc.) may be imported and used to produce accurate estimates. Detailed estimates can be created incorporating time and cost information taken from previously fabricated jobs. Any level of detail may be altered to fine tune bids.

Labour Database

The labour database within StruM.I.S .NET may be used to bring an increased level of accuracy to rate/tonne or hour/tonne fabrication labour calculations. Rather than applying a blanket rate to the whole project, the labour database allows for fabrication times and costs to be calculated based on the dimensions of an individual section and it's use in the project.

Auto-Cut Engine

The Auto-Cut system is an automated nesting/optimisation tool that calculates the most efficient way of cutting the requirements lists from stockholder or mills material lengths. The results are a nested cutting plan, a list of required supplier lengths and a cost, weight and percentage allowance for material waste.
