Software Support Technician - Worldwide
The Position
The role will involve providing StruCad technical support to our customers in both the UK and abroad via telephone & e-mail. You will also be working closely with support teams in our offices worldwide.
For the right applicant training will be provided on all AceCad Software Products enabling them to support any of the AceCad Software Suite of products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling Customer Queries via Phone & E-mail providing on the spot advice & solutions.
- Testing / Reproducing Customer problems and relaying this information to the development team.
- Customisation of client installations.
- On site & In House Training.
- Creation of help document and knowledge base entries.
The candidate
Candidates must be looking to develop a career using StruCad and providing the best customer care possible. The successful candidate will ideally have 3 years StruCad experience and a good understanding of the Steelwork industry. You will need to posses interpersonal & communication skills in both written & spoken form. Good analytical skills and an ability to think logically while working off your own initiative will be required for problem solving and software testing.
