We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Support Technician/StruM.I.S training provider to join our busy office in the USA. The candidate must be able to instruct new and existing companies on StruM.I.S, provide technical support of AceCad’s products as well as assist the Sales team with technical presentations. The candidate must be able to assist in developing training manuals, webinars, quick guides and support with pre and post release software testing. The successful applicant would be expected to support the Development team with the writing of specifications for new and existing functionality based on local markets and in maintaining the database to local market requirements along with updating section catalog, pricing and other local standards. Extensive travelling throughout the US is also required.
The candidate must be educated at graduate level and be able to work well as part of a team. The applicant must have 2 years experience with a steel fabrication management system, such as StruM.I.S and a minimum of 5 years experience in a Structural Steel Fabrication Shop. Candidates with Spanish language ability will be looked on favourably. Microsoft SQL 2005 and 2008 or other database experience would also be beneficial.
